Kevin never responded to ny of our inquiries either by direct email, cc'd email, or through the website--not even a "welcome aboard" shout-out! This non-response, along with inflated rates (I saved nearly $600/year with a competitor), forced us to leave. Sadly, I don't recommend the agent."
