"Our prior agent, Bill Lamb, retired in early 2026, and we were switched to Kevin Minor by default. Kevin never responded to ny of our inquiries either by direct email, cc'd email, or through the website--not even a "welcome aboard" shout-out!

This non-response, along with inflated rates (I saved nearly $600/year with a competitor), forced us to leave. Sadly, I don't recommend the agent."
